Our Price Match Guarantee ensures that AHS Business Account holders receive the most competitive pricing available. If you find an identical product at a lower price from an eligible competitor, we will match that price, subject to the terms and conditions below.

How to Request a Price Match

  1. Contact our customer service team via email or phone before making a purchase.

  2. Provide a link to the competitor’s product page or a written quote displaying the lower price.

  3. Ensure that the competitor’s price is valid and current at the time of the request.

  4. Allow our team to verify the competitor’s pricing and eligibility.

Eligibility Criteria

  • The product is identical, including brand, model number, and specifications.

  • The product is in stock and available for immediate purchase from the competitor.

  • The competitor is an authorized U.S. distributor or retailer.

  • The price match request is made prior to purchase (no retroactive adjustments).

  • The competitor’s pricing is not based on clearance, liquidation, flash sales, open-box, refurbished, or special membership pricing.

Exclusions

  • Auction sites, marketplaces (e.g., eBay, Amazon, Walmart Marketplace), or third-party resellers.

  • Discounts applied through loyalty programs, promo codes, bundled offers, or financing incentives.

  • Pricing errors, misprints, or temporary promotions.

  • Freight, shipping, handling fees, or other ancillary costs.

Additional Terms

  • Price matches cannot be combined with additional AHS discounts, promotions, or contract pricing.

  • We reserve the right to limit quantities eligible for price matching.

  • While we attempt to match every price, there may be circumstances where we are unable to do so. American Hospital Supply retains sole discretion in determining price match eligibility.
