All orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. If you are ordered is delayed for any reason, we will contact you via phone or email to provide substitute options or cancellation for a full refund. The usual time from order shipment to arrival is 2-6 days.
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We charge a flat $8.99 shipping per item location for any orders less than $99.00 and free shipping on all orders greater than $99.00.
Free shipping may not be included in the cost of goods for wholesale and bulk orders with discounted pricing. Shipments to noncontiguous states and territories such as Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico may be excluded from free shipping for certain bulky items. In such cases, we will contact your prior to shipment to explain detailed shipping costs.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If we have not shipped your order within 48 hours, due to an unexpected delay, we will send you an email or provide a phone call with an ETA for your order.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at email@example.com with your name and order number, and we will respond with more information within 24 hours.
