How to Test:

• Adjust Seat Height: Sit up straight and adjust the height of the stool until your heart is horizontal (parallel) to the circular sleeve of the device. Make sure both feet are flat on the floor.
• Get in Correct Position: Insert your left or right arm until your elbow is secured in the elbow sensor/groove. Place your forearm comfortably on the arm rest with your palm facing up. The LED light on the screen will turn blue and indicate your elbow is secured.
• Initiate the Test: Pres the Start/Stop button to start the test. Pressure is automatically applied to the cuff.
• Maintain Proper Posture: Stay seated in an upright, relaxed position. Do not talk or move until the cuff automatically deflates after testing has finished.
• Automatic Printing: The test will complete in about 45 seconds. Remove your Result Sheet from the thermal printer and take it with you.
